Basic Clean

Standard Clean (Maintenance Service)
This clean is perfect for homes that just need a little extra sparkle to stay fresh and comfortable.

What’s Included:

Bathrooms: Wipe down and scrubbing of toilet (in and around), wipe down of vanity and countertop, cleaning of sink and mirror, vacuuming and mopping of floors, and emptying bathroom trash bin.
Kitchen: Wipe down of countertops and exterior of all appliances, scrub kitchen sink, vacuuming and mopping of floors, and emptying kitchen trash bin.
All Rooms & Common Spaces: Dusting of walls and ceilings, vacuuming of carpets and rugs, and mopping of hard floors (if applicable).

Our Standard Clean is ideal for maintaining a tidy, refreshed space between deep cleans.

Deep Clean

$80 p/h

Deep Clean (First-Time or Extended Service)
This clean is designed for new customers or returning clients who have gone more than 4 weeks since their last service with us. It provides a fresh reset for your home and ensures everything is spotless before moving into a regular cleaning schedule.

What’s included: Everything in a basic clean, plus:

Bathrooms: General dusting of the entire bathroom, scrubbing of showers and tubs, wiping down individual items, scrubbing baseboards, cleaning windows and window tracks, and wiping outlets and light switches
Kitchen: Cleaning inside microwave and oven, wiping cabinet fronts and handles, scrubbing backsplash and wall areas near cooking surfaces, cleaning small counter appliances, cleaning baseboards, outlets, and light switches, and cleaning windows and window tracks.
Shared Spaces: Cleaning of baseboards, outlets, and light switches, interior window and window track cleaning, detailed wipe-down of shelves, tables, and other furnishings, spot-cleaning of walls and doors as needed, and vacuuming or wipe-down of couches and chairs.

This service is a detailed top-to-bottom refresh, leaving your space sparkling and ready for ongoing upkeep.

Move in/Move out

$90 p/h

This clean is designed specifically for clients who are moving in or out of their home or office space. Our goal is to leave the space fresh, spotless, and ready for its next chapter.

To help us serve you best (and to avoid additional service fees), please ensure that all personal items, furniture, and garbage are removed from the property prior to your scheduled cleaning.
